PAYMENT METHODS
Credit cards are accepted through Google Checkout or Paypal.
SHIPPING
All merchandise have a fixed shipping rate per item and may be shipped by Fedex or USPS. We do combine items to save on shipping. When more than one item is purchased, the total will not be charged to your credit card or checking account until the actual shipping and handling charges are known. Please allow up to 2-3 business days before items are shipped.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase or items have arrived damaged, please email framesngifts@earthlink.net. Returned items must be received within 10 days and in the same saleable condition as received. Returns are also subject to a 20% restocking fee unless defective or damaged. Restocking fee may be applied even after cancellation, if items have already been shipped. Refunds for purchases do not include shipping charge.
PRIVACY
Your personal information is only used to service your transactions and for occassional promotional emails, which you can unsubscribe at anytime. Your personal information will never be shared or sold to anyone. Your personal information will only be released to a third party if it is legally required to do so.
